This solution is recommended for the automotive industry, although it is also suitable for use in other sectors.
R.P. is specialised in metal accessories and small items, thanks to its systems created ad hoc.
This application is not suitable for outdoor use as it is not UV resistant, with the implied risk of decay over time.

Tumbling is necessary if the material requiring treatment presents sharp corners, otherwise full coating adherence may be compromised. This process involves the use of a vibrating motor of remarkable centrifugal strength which uses water and gravel to improve the quality of imperfections present on the material, resulting in the elimination of moulding residues and burring.
Cataphoresis coating confers excellent anti-corrosive properties upon items.
Unlike traditional spray systems, this application ensures the coating of all critical points present on items, such as profiles, deep folds and metal sheet couplings.
If the item is destined for outdoor use, a second coating process can be carried out, using polyester or electrostatic powders such as Rilsan® Esy.
